Entry Requirements
All Qualifiers and Spouse or Guest must present a valid passport upon entry, with the expiration date at least six months beyond the date of entry.Travel Arrangements
Hotel, Ship and Ground Transportation: Hotel, Ship and ground transportation services for program dates (June 8 – June 15, 2003) must be made through Eclipse Travel, whose phone number, e-mail address, fax number and web site address are listed below. Please note: Jefferson Pilot Financial will host hotel accommodations for guests who wish to arrive early on June 7, 2003. It is important to us that our guests be relaxed and rested prior to embarking on their journey. Hotel extensions in Monte Carlo that pre-date June 7 will be at your expense. Please keep in mind that Monte Carlo hosts the annual Formula One Grand Prix of Monaco in late May – early June. Arrivals in Monte Carlo prior to June 7 may be difficult to confirm due to the high volume of travelers in this region.Registration
All participants will need to register on-line for this program. Accuracy of information is vital in overseas travel and on-line registration will help us prevent errors. If you are unable to register on-line please contact Jane McDonald at 800-258-3648, ext. 5421 for assistance in obtaining registration documents.
Please note: At the time of registration, expectant mothers are required to supply a medical certificate establishing their fitness for travel.
